For the best results, please provide clear and sharp photographs, preferably 5x7 inches or larger. All our artwork is 9x12 inches and comes professionally framed and matted. This process is included in the price, with options for upgrades if you desire something more unique.
The portrait creation process
Our process begins with a preliminary sketch, especially for pen and ink pieces. We can send you a low-resolution sample of the finished product for approval, or proceed directly from the sketch if you prefer. The creation typically takes one to two weeks, depending on your specific requests. All original photos are returned to you upon completion. A full upfront payment is required to cover supplies and framing costs. Your satisfaction is our priority, but please note that all sales are final, and no refunds are provided.
